The past few decades saw the Philippines churning changes in every direction.. The country is gaining recognition in many ways. Mostly in general services such as: overseas contractual work, medical services, education, technology, and communications. Tourism has become a beacon of hope.  Many of our islands and resorts are becoming favorite travel destinations not only for tourism but for  business, long-term vacations, and retirement as well.  The Philippine culture has inched its way into the western mainstream, and here to stay, 

 

All these and more are reasons why the country's real estate landscape is changing.  The new mantra is Build, Build, Build.
